Leadership

Serving the Church Through Order & Accountability

IBC USA provides ecclesiastical structure and spiritual fellowship through the Executive Bishop's Council, the College of Bishops, and the Leading Ladies initiative.

Presiding Prelate

Archbishop Allen Wiggins serves as Presiding Prelate of the International Bishops' Conference, Inc. USA, leading the fellowship in fulfilling its mandate to equip the body of Christ.

Executive Bishop's Council

Examines candidates for episcopal consecration. When a candidate is approved, the appropriate recommendation is forwarded to the Holy Synod so that a mandate of consecration may be issued.

College of Bishops

A standing body of consecrated bishops providing ecclesiastical oversight, fellowship, and counsel across denominations.

Leading Ladies

Led by Lady Deborah Wiggins, the Leading Ladies initiative provides care, support, mentorship, and training to bishops' wives — building upon the foundation laid by Mother Reathie Bailey.
